Let's face it...whether you are new to the cruise industry, or you have been cruising a long time, you may have wondered "should I use a travel advisor?". Or...."why would I even want to use a travel advisor?". You may be looking for a cruise today and you see the prices are really getting up there. We're here to tell you that you should definitely use a travel advisor when booking your cruise vacation, and we are here to tell you why.

It's easy to go to a cruise line's website, find a cruise itinerary, find the stateroom you want and find a price. Then you go, "wow"...look at all those different numbers for a stateroom (let's take an ocean view balcony, for instance). What does that mean? Why is one less expensive and one really expensive for the same balcony? What is the difference between a spacious ocean View balcony, an ocean view with a large balcony, and an ocean view balcony? A good travel advisor will know the difference and can easily explain that to you.

We listen to all your needs and wants and we advise you on the best ship, itinerary and stateroom.
As travel advisors, we:

1)- On many itineraries, we have refundable deposit group prices less than the cruise line prices

2)- We maintain our group inventory prices even though the cruise line prices increase

3)- We can give you group amenities that the cruise line cannot give

4)- We will constantly monitor your cruise vacation, and if the cruise price goes down, we will let you know and secure that lower price, as long as we do not lose the promotions that you currently have. Neither cruise lines nor online travel agencies will call you to let you know that there is a lower price.

5)- We contact you 7-10 days prior to your final payment so you do not forget and have the reservation cancelled.

6)- You will have only 1 travel advisor to service all aspects of your reservation. The cruise line or the online agency may not give you the same agent that booked your reservation. You want an advisor that knows "you", and your reservation inside and out.

7)- We will discuss the best booking practice to help with the best pricing and stateroom availability. We will also guide you on the best payment options to meet your needs.

8)- Last, and by far not the least, is you do not have to pay for a travel advisor's services. We will never charge a fee to book or service your reservation at any time.

We would love to hear your thoughts and comments. Do you use a travel advisor? Why don't you use a travel advisor?
